Informed Consent
This policy is part of what you agree to when you create an account or consent to a session. Ask us anything about it before you agree.
Before your first session, you'll review and confirm consent covering: the nature of telemedicine, confidentiality and its limits (including mandatory reporting), session recording (opt-in), and emergency procedures.
Recording consent
Sessions are only recorded with explicit, separate consent from both client and therapist, and can be withdrawn at any time.
Right to withdraw
You can withdraw consent to treatment at any time without penalty.
