Data Handling
This policy is part of what you agree to when you create an account or consent to a session. Ask us anything about it before you agree.
Data is processed only for the purposes you consent to: care delivery, billing, safety monitoring, and legally required record-keeping.
Retention
Clinical records are retained per applicable state/national requirements. Session recordings are retained 90 days by default unless flagged for clinical review.
Sub-processors
We use vetted infrastructure providers (cloud hosting, payments, messaging) bound by data processing agreements.
