Subscription and per-session fees are billed through our PCI-compliant payment processor. Prices are shown before checkout in your local currency where available.
Refunds
Chemistry-check sessions are fully refundable if cancelled 24+ hours in advance. Subscription refunds are prorated case by case.
Therapist payouts
Therapists are paid on a weekly cycle via UPI or bank transfer, net of the platform's revenue share.
